Programs & Booklets
A program or booklet is another keepsake that classmates find enjoyable to read. In the program it usually displays the schedule of events, an acknowledgment of reunion committee, class trivia, memorial to deceased classmates and photos of the past. Classmates who were unable to attend the reunion can buy or be given the booklet, depending on the committee's budget, to have a piece of the reunion and encourage them to attend successive reunions.
Deceased Classmates & Teachers
Many class reunions will create a time during the event program to recognize those classmates or teachers who have deceased. This can be done through a tribute speech or creating a display for other classmates to pay their respects to. Make sure to check that the classmates actually are deceased to avoid any embarrassing moments.
