Details of the Reunion
During the process of planning the class reunion there will always be little tasks to be taken care of, which will help plan the event even more smoothly. One detail that should not be overlooked is placing a registration table at each event to distribute name badges. This will give the committee an idea of who shows up for the event and who has paid and who has not. Throughout the years people might not be as recognizable and classmates may forget names of those they haven't seen in a long time. Name badges help trigger our memory to identify classmates. Keep note to provide extra badges and marking pens in case there is a mix-up of misspellings, lost badges, or lost reservations. Some classes will copy old freshmen photos to place on sticker paper and then on badges, which classmates find humorous when comparing the "then" and "now."
