About	On Oct. 12, 2014, we lost a very kind and gentle man. Tom Hermanet passed away peacefully in his sleep. He is survived by his daughter, and his grand daughter. At the time of his passing, he resided in Brocton, N.Y. When learning of his passing, I was deeply saddened as I'm sure those us you who Knew him will be if they are hearing this for the first time. I can honestly say that I never saw Tom get angry. It wasn't in his nature. He was always " Hermie" to me and many others, and I was always " Fritz " to him. We grew apart, which I guess is normal, but I never lost the love I had for him. For those of us who knew him, we will never forget his razor sharp wit, his love of music, and his sense of humor which always brought light to any situation. His final request was for his ashes to be spread in two areas. One was the Adirondack Mountains where he, myself and several friends would camp, canoe, swim, and partake in a few things not quite legal at the time. He requested that his remaining ashes be spread at the site of the Woodstock music festival which he attended along with about 350,000 others. I know that from now on in my life, there will always be an empty space within me. Tom was a school mate and a friend, but most of all, he was a beloved brother. R.I.P. brother. " Fritz "
