About	Jean Esley/McLafferty/Haft/Hartt born in Manhattan, New York on 5/14/1943 at 12:38PM She passed away peacefully in her sleep in El Paso, TX on 6/13/2013 at 11:54PM after a long battle with cancer, she fought hard. The daughter of Walter Burlock & Jean Forbes Esley (both deceased). She is survived by her husband Ernest D. Hartt of El Paso, TX (her first and last love), her sister Carolyn R. Esley of Evergreen, Co. her Niece Rosa Mayberry & family of Denver, Co., her son Dr. Robert B. McLafferty MD his wife Dr. Erica Nelson their two children Bryant and Lesley of Springfield, Il, a daughter Sue Croteau and her daughter Dominique of Auburn, Maine. Jean was a lovely lady that was called home way too soon. She loved travel and raised horses in Tennessee. She will be missed by her family and many friends. MEMOIRES: Funniest time was trying to put Robert to bed while he had a turkey leg that he would not put down, so she put him to bed with it. Scariest time was when James threw Robert off the dock in Rangeley Lake at age 4. Happiest time was when she gave birth to a baby girl named SUE. Reuniting with Ernie was also a happy time in her life.
