About	William Marshall Welsh, 56, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Welsh was born February 25, 1957 in Iron county. He had worked for the Union Pacific Railroad Company. He enjoyed working on cars, and studying history. He had attended the Church of Christ on Highland in Poplar Bluff. Mr. Welsh married Helene (Mahamette) Welsh on November 29, 1996 and she survives. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Richard D. Welsh and Hazel (Crain) Welsh. Memorial Service may be held for Mr. Welsh at a later date. Memorials may be made to Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1409, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63902.
