The facilities are reserved for gathering and visiting throughout the day
but the main event will begin at 6:00 pm and end about 11:00 pm.
During the weekend other activities will be held too such as….
….Friday night tailgating party, homecoming game, or gather with friends at a local restaurant…
…Saturday….tour THE Plano High School (now known as Willams) and Cox and party Saturday evening…
…Sunday…..Church Services (for those wishing to attend at our classmates’ church)…
Please dress in nice casual/business casual.
Cash Bar will be available
(which means by state law you cannot bring any alcoholic beverages.)
Ticket prices: $35 per person if paid before August 25
$40 per person if paid after August 25 but before October 1

The price of your ticket includes
admission to the party to see many old friends (that could be called priceless);
a meal of BBQ (choice of three meats), trimmings, and desserts;
iced tea (sweet and unsweet), lemonade, soft drinks and bottled water; and music of our era;
A silent auction of donated items will also be held to raise
seed money for our next event.

Each hotel is suppose to have a block of 10 rooms each for us, if we need more rooms then they will add the rooms - they will hold the block of rooms until September 25, 2015 at these rates - after that they the rates will go up.
If you call the hotel and have a problem with the rate, have the person talk to Judy in Sales (she graduated from Plano in 1978).
