Rescheduled because of Hurricane Florence.
We have signed a contract with Pinehurst Members Club. The dates of our reunion stands as the weekend of November 2nd and 3rd, with the 3rd being dinner and dancing at Pinehurst Members Club Outlook Room to include use of the veranda
“Chef Doug will do a three option plated dinner for us featuring the chicken, salmon, and a 6 oz petite filet. Please let us know which entre that you would like.
There will be a Cash Bar and We will provide our own DJ.
· We will also set a up a golf outing most likely Saturday morning. You will need to let us know if you are wanting to do this (at discounted rates). Cindy Polston Ciorra will also be handling this.Preferably Send Cindy Polton Ciorra an email at Cindy.Ciorra@Pinehurst .com.

Costs will be as follows:
$65.00 per person
That Friday Nov. 2 we will be gathering at "Down Memory Lane" for Kick back Friday from 6 pm until. This event is business casual so no shorts or tennis shoes please. Each person will pay $5.00 to attend. We will not be collecting this in advance. You will pay at the door. There will be a DJ. We can bring in our own food for this. Address is 161 Dawkins St Aberdeen, NC 28315. This is located behind the Bowling Alley off of Hwy 5.
On Saturday our daytime event that was supposed to be at The Heritage Campground has been cancelled. Several have mentioned meeting for lunch at Ryder Cup lounge in the Pinehurst Hotel or elsewhere. Please let us know if you are interested. Thanks

For those that will need a hotel For our Reunion in Nov. Michelle Manning has been in contact with "Residence Inn". Pinehurst Hotel is booked up so unfortunately no rooms there for us.
Call ASAP if you need a room as for some reason all of the hotels are booking up for that weekend.

Again, they are limited on availably so it’s a first come first serve.

We are still going to meet tonight and fellowship :) I've had many text, emails, mesages about ones that can't get here because of the hurricane so following you will read my message after talkibg with our options at Pinehurst. As for Friday night we can talk about that tonight. Message in posting; We can't cancel our reunion however Pinehurst Country Club IS RESCHEDULING our reunion! We hope this works out for everyone. The director will email me dates for November tomorrow morning so we can pick a new date. So please help us contact everyone that has paid. All monies will be kept in our account until then. If then you foresee that you paid and are unable to come then we will refund your money. We hope that everyone stays safe during hurricane Floence. More details later.
