Just to let all classmates know, we had a successful 3-day 48th year P.T.H.S. Class Reunion held October 7,8, & 9, 2011; not in the year 2012 as stated in the Event Date Section. There was no "2011" to select in that section. Back to the Reunion. We had 8

About Event

We had our 'Ice Breaker/Reacquaintance" on Friday evening (Oct. 7) at the Lincoln Park Airport Sunset Pub. Saturday was on your own - to visit the town & surrounding, friends, and relatives. There was a scheduled P.T.H.S. visit Saturday afternoon for those who wanted to attend. We had approximately 82 classmates attend. Saturday night was the "Main Event" held at the Crown Plaza Hotel nearby. There were special Slide/ Shows presentations, award presentations, display table of nostalgic Class of '63 memorabilia. A full banquet was provided. Classmates were given memorabilia to take home with them: an P.T.H.S. Class of '63 wine glass, a Class Directory, a Tote Bag, 4 CD Discs for the class' favorite 60's music, and a DVD that included all the special slide/music shows presented that evening, and a DVD with nostalgic picture memories from our yearbooks and our town all synced to music plus a few other trivia odds and ends depicting our town back in the time. Sunday morning, classmates attended a "Goodbye/Farewell for Now" Breakfast and exchanged info at that time. All in all, we had a wonderful time re-connecting even though we had to relocated our "Main Event" due to Hurricane Irene. David Kinsey, Class of '63, organized & hosted the weekend festivities.
