About	Ronald Matthew Kelly, known as "Matt" to his friends and relatives, passed away October 12, 2019 in Glendale, Arizona. Matt was born August 2, 1959 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, spent some years in North Carolina, and moved with his family to Arizona in the mid-1970s. A graduate of Peoria High School in 1977, and of ASU in 1981, Matt worked with the Department of Corrections until 1986. He then had a career as a probation officer through the Pinal County Court System until 1997, followed by a number of years driving a cab. Over the decades he enjoyed writing short stories, making short films, playing racquetball, swimming, sailing and motorcycling. Matt is survived by a sister in Georgia and a brother in California.
