1. Friday, 11 October, 2019. Cocktail Social. There will be an informal Cocktail Social (pay-as-you-go bar) at the WYNDHAM (Brady’s Pub) on Friday Night, 5-8 p.m. (A pre-registration table will be set up at the Hotel (look for the signs!) to check you in for Saturday’s and Sunday’s Events). We will continue this Friday social afterwards at an upstairs location the hotel is providing, and at that time you can BYOB.
2. Main Reunion Event: Saturday, 12 October, 2019. Cost is $75 Per Person.
• Registration 5:00 p.m. (in lobby area outside banquet room. Note: you must have pre-paid by Sep 11th) , - - - - Contact Marge Wysor (info below) if you somehow managed to mess up this simple task!
• 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Cocktail Hour (Beer and Wine and Soft Drinks Provided; Pay-As-You-Go for mixed drinks)
• 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Main Banquet Dinner
• 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Dancing. (We may continue longer, as at the 50th, by popular demand with available funds to pay the DJ for more time and music!)
NOTE: There may be a Saturday Class of 1964 Military Veterans Luncheon (More information to follow).
3. Sunday, 13 October, 9-11 a.m. Reunion Farewell Breakfast Buffet at the Wyndham. Cost is $19 Per Person.
4. PLEASE get your checks in early so we can plan on numbers of attendees. Deadlines: 11 September 2019 is the deadline for: a. getting in your Reunion Reservations/Payments (No pay-at-the-door); b. assuring you get the WYNDHAM Group Rate for PHS Class of 1964 rooms ($109 per night); c. getting in your payments/reservations for the Sunday Reunion Farewell Breakfast.
5. PAYMENTS: Send payments (for the Main Reunion Event ($75 per person) and the Sunday Farewell Breakfast ($19 per person) by check to:

Please register early and send your checks in early. WE NEED YOUR CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY EMAIL…PLEASE SEND WITH YOUR CHECKS. Additional Donations to the Reunion Fund are appreciated! Please send a separate check or designate what amount you want to be donated out of your total check. Marge Wysor will confirm any payment with you, if needed. BRING YOUR 50TH CLASS REUNION NAME TAG IF YOU HAVE IT!!!
