>Friday evening, we will gather for an Ice Breaker at 6 p.m. at Miller’s Time Out, located at 13261 Helmer Road S. We will be ordering off the menu and paying individually at this ultra-casual event.
>Our Saturday Evening Reunion Event will be held at Pasche’s Lakeside, 315 W. Columbia Avenue. There will be a Mixer with Cash Bar at 6 p.m. Dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. Attire for this event is casual, and we will have a DJ spinning tunes for us! The food will be presented buffet style and will include prime rib, grilled salmon and grilled chicken breasts as entrées. Side dishes will be scalloped potatoes and dirty rice. The dinner also includes tossed salad with assorted dressings, freshly baked rolls, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Dessert will be apple cobbler.
Following dinner, we will have a tribute to honor those dear classmates we have lost over the years. We then will have a program that will take us back though time to those days of child- and young-adulthood.
In figuring the per-person cost of the dinner, we have assumed a turnout of 50 people. With that figure in mind, the amount per person is $40.00. This covers the cost of cloth napkins and tablecloths, DJ, decorations, state tax of 6%, and a required restaurant gratuity of 18%. The final cost may shift one way or the other, depending upon the number of attendees. We have tried very hard to keep your cost as low as possible, and yet allow us to celebrate this milestone in a memorable manner.
