| About | Dave Honan got on his motorcycle and rode into the sunset on the last day of December, 2017. Dave had fought multiple health challenges for 2 years, always maintaining his razor-sharp sense of humor, positive outlook and love for his children, Lizzie and Andrew. Dave was able to enjoy his retirement for several years before he became incapacitated - he loved working in his basement wood shop, tinkering with his bikes, fishing in the Outer Banks, and having a scotch and cigar with his many friends. Little brother Mike was a constant companion. Shore reunions with his siblings and delightful time with his grandchildren, Brian and Amy, rounded out a very full life. He is grieved by wife Nancy, and his children and grandchildren, and will be forever remembered with love and laughter by siblings Linda, Michael and Laurie. So long, Dave. |

Wow, I miss Dave. He was one of our class leaders at Penncrest, always a best friend, an insightful student, and a constant wit. With the "Honan Household" of wonderful people living in an amazing place, his family was a community treasure - they all still are! His classmates send warm wishes and best regards to all his families and friends.
