About	Margaret A. Kelso June 26, 1928 - November 17, 2021 TEXT SIZE A A A Peabody - Margaret A. (Coviello) Kelso 93, beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Kelso, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the Rosewood Health Care Center in Peabody. Born and raised in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Picarello) Coviello. She was a graduate of Peabody High School, class of 1945. Margaret began her working career as a typist at the Wells Fargo building in Boston where she met her beloved husband, Joe with whom she shared sixty five years of marriage. She continued working as a secretary. When her children were grown, she went back to work for Lynn Communications, then worked for ophthalmologist, Dr. Harvey Kasten in his office. A lifelong resident of Peabody, Margaret enjoyed walking, reading and travelling but most of all, spending time with her husband and family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Horton of Prescott, AZ, a son, David Kelso and his wife, Nancy of Candia, NH, son, Thomas Kelso of Peabody, daughter, Lori Kelso-Salerno and husband, John of Southport, NC and daughter, Caroline Martineau and her husband, David of Wayne, NJ, ten grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, her brother, Charles Coviello of Derry, NH and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Carmella Howard and may McIntire. Her funeral services will be private. Arrangements by the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody.
