About	Dane Courtney Cambern, 73, of Sour Lake, TX died Friday, May 2, 2014 at the Christus Dubuis Hospital of Beaumont, TX. He was born on July 31, 1940 in Pampa, TX to Joyce Womble Cambern and Donley Dane Cambern. Dane was a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering. Dane will be most remembered for his generosity, his love of golf, his wit, and always being quick with a joke, and most of all for being a devoted husband and daddy. Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Cambern of Pinewood, TX; children, Courtney Cambern of Pinewood, TX and Mandi Cambern Modderman and her husband, Scott of Rowlett, TX; two brothers, Grant Cambern and his wife, Pauline of Amarillo, TX; and Kenny Cambern and his wife Judy of Pampa, TX; two sisters, Sharon Martindale and her husband, David of Houston, TX and Cindy Harris and her husband, Rick of Pampa, TX and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Catherine Cambern.
