About Event

We will also be holding a community event on Saturday June 11, 2016. We will be feeding the homeless. A Big Shout Out to "The Simple Project" and Brent Bearden. They have graciously offered the use of their facility in Monroe for our class to cook and serve the homeless a meal. We will be grilling hamburgers, hot dogs and trimmings. There is a ticket button above to give $5.oo to help pay for the cost of the food.
We will be making flyers to put out, and we will need volunteers to help with this event. Please email me, call or text me if you are willing to help with this event. Please include your name and that you want to volunteer to help make this event a success. My contact information is:

OPJHS and OPHS have teamed up with us and will be holding donation drives to collect hygiene items and individually wrapped foods such as protein or breakfast bars, chips cookies, and snack foods. We will be making goodie bags for the homeless to take with them.
If you would like to make a donation of items to use in goodie bags please let me know. I will make arrangements to meet or pick up items. My contact information is above.
