About	Brian A. "Bubby" Ward ONTARIO: Brian A. "Bubby" Ward, 13, of Ontario, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Nationwide Childrens Hospital in Columbus. Born August 2, 1998 in Mansfield, he was the son of Todd Ward and Melissa Miles. A fun loving, outgoing and sincere boy with bright blue eyes, he was always there with a hug for anyone who needed one along with a huge smile. Brian was a honor roll student at Ontario Middle School and had previously attended Clearfork and Lexington Schools. He was very involved in sports ~ football, basketball, baseball and wrestling. He was a big Ohio State fan and enjoyed camping at Pleasant Hill Campground, swimming, hunting and fishing and he enjoyed playing the violin. He had a deep faith and attended Citi Church and was a wonderful big brother to his siblings. He is survived by his father, Todd (Mindy Caudill) Ward of Ontario; his mother, Melissa (Scot Moats) Miles of Bellville; two sisters, Annissa and Audrey Mason of Bellville; five step sisters, Randi and Heather Bostic of Mansfield, Courtney, Caylee and Celsey Caudill of Butler; his paternal grandparents, Naola Ward and Kenneth Ward both of Mansfield; his maternal grandparents, Michael Miles of Nashville, TN and Kathy Wynn of Bellville; paternal great grandparents, Rebecca and James Dalton of Shelby; maternal great grandparents, Darrell Gibson of Stockport, OH and Edythe Gibson of Mansfield; maternal great grandfather, Billy Miles of Nashville, TN; paternal uncles, Ken (Judie) Ward of Delaware and David Ward of Mansfield; maternal aunts, Rachel Wynn and Kristen Wynn both of Bellville and Sarah Beth Miles of Nashville, TN; special maternal great uncle, Mark Gibson of Coshocton, OH, special cousins, Collin and Andrew Ward and Robbie Davis all of Delaware, OH and Rylae Gibson of Mansfield; a step niece; and numerous good friends and classmates. He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Wanda McDaniel; paternal uncle, Chad Ward; maternal great grandmothers, Mary Miles and Christina Martin; maternal uncle, Darrell Gibson; maternal aunt, Beverly Miles; and a cousin, Brian Gibson. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario where the family has asked that guests arrive in OSU colors in memory of Brian. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Micah Pelkey. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
