About	Teresa “Terri” Kay Rupe, 58, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016, at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus surrounded by her family. She has gone to be with her heavenly Father. Terri was born September 29, 1957, to Burdell “Buzz” and Miriam (Linginger) Rupe of Ontario, Ohio. She graduated from Ontario High School in 1976 and later attended Mansfield General Hospital School of Nursing where she obtained her Registered Nursing License. She went on to receive her Bachelor Degree from the University of South Carolina. During her career in nursing, she received several certifications in the medical field including an Intensive Care Certification from Riverside Hospital in Columbus. Terri was best known by all her patients and peers as a very compassionate and caring nurse. Most important in Terri’s life was her family and her faith in Christ. She trusted explicitly his will and woke each day with a smile on her face. She spent many hours working on the church prayer chain for members of the Ontario United Methodist Church and cross stitching crosses as gifts for family and friends. Terri enjoyed the many mission trips she took with Ontario United Methodist Church where she was a long time member. Her strong faith and will to live kept Terri going throughout her long illness. Terri is survived by her parents, Burdell “Buzz” and Miriam Rupe; one brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Alicia Rupe; a niece, Kimberly Leedy and her husband, Josh; and a great-nephew, Graham Leedy. Terri will best be remembered as a very caring and passionate person by all who knew her and her legacy will live on in their hearts forever. (Wappner.com)
