Graduation Year Class of 1980
Date of Birth Oct 26, 1961
Date of Passing Jan 14, 2024
About In loving memory of our father, Christopher McBride born October 26, 1961, who passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024, from cancer. He was the husband of Cristina, loving father of Janel (Mike Eagan) and Elise (Zach), and gramps to Michael, Philomena (Daniel Jackson), Ambrose, Genevieve, and Adelaide Eagan.

Graduating from Ontario High School in 1980 with a certificate from Pioneer for Automotive Mechanic. Over the years he worked at O’Neil’s, Richland Products, Three B Manufacturing, the Valero in Shelby, and many other various jobs and side work. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t do or achieve. He was truly a smart talented man.

His hobbies were cooking, gardening, going on adventures, cards, watching the Steelers, and spending time with his best fur friend Toe Bee whom he took everywhere with him. He was the kind of man who would do whatever he could to help someone out and ask for nothing in return.

Dad expressed his love through food and cooking. He loved cooking family favorites on holidays, surprising others with delicious meals, and finding new foods to share. He used his talent to help others and to make parties special.

As his daughter, I looked up to him in many aspects in life and have always wished to be similar to him in many ways. I hope that in another life I get to have him as a father again.

Proceeded in death by both of his parents Sonya McBride and Richard McBride and dog Toe Bee.

He is also survived by his sister Shelley McBride, and his Aunt Patricia whom he loved very much.

At this time there will be no services. If you wish to share stories from the past or have any pictures to share please contact elisebrummell@yahoo.com

You are now at peace but you will live on forever in our hearts. We love you so much. Rest in peace daddio, dad-do, beast dad in the world.
