About	Mansfield - Ruth A. Diehl, 59, of Mansfield, passed away, Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Avita Bucyrus Hospital. She was born on August 16, 1962 in Mansfield to the late Howard L. and Loretta(nee Vermillion) E. Norris. Ruth owned and operated Ruth's driving school. She loved teaching young adults how to drive. Ruth was also passionate about Prom safety and worked with the Emergency Management team in Ashland County by doing the mock crashes that taught about the dangers of drinking and driving and texting and driving. She also loved horses. Ruth will be deeply missed by her son David (Melissa Headland) Diehl of Midland, Michigan, her sister Linda (Ron) Hettinger of Mansfield, and her brothers; Howard P. Norris of Belleville, and Robert A. Norris of Mansfield, and nephews; Dennis Lammers and Josh Hettinger and families. In keeping with Ruth's wishes, there will not be any services for Ruth. Memorial Contributions may be made to Mothers Against Drunk Driving or donor's choice. Denbow Gasche Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to handle the arrangements for Ruth.
