About	Dr. Dean J. Yaussy, 41, of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, died July 30 in Tulsa, Okla. He was born in Jeromesville to Rev. Richard A. and Erma (Yoder) Yaussy of Newton, NC. Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife Sherri (Jacobi) Yaussy; two sons, Evan C. Yaussy and Tyler J. Yaussy of the home; two brothers and sisters in law, Dr. Kenneth A. and Karyn Yaussy of Newton and Attorney David and LaDonna Yaussy of Charleston, W.Va.; his father in law and mother in law, Kenneth and Chris Jacobi of Palmyra, Ind; 10 nephews and nieces; and his aunt and uncles, Naomi, Warrej and Harold Eppley as well as numerous cousins of the Bucyrus area. A graduate of Bluffton College and the University of Cincinnati Medical School, he was a family practic physician serving Native Americans at W.W. Hastings Hospital.
