About	Terry Roper, 83 died Sunday June 7, 2020, at his Dallas TX apartment. He lived an interesting life born and raised in TX. He played sports, and graduated from Odessa High School. Served briefly in the Odessa Police Department, before going into the U.S. Army. Returning to civilian life, he worked in the Midland Police Department, married a beautiful bride and welcomed her son into the family. Many years later, he relocated to Dallas, remarried, and was an insurance businessman. Retired, he enjoyed a simple lifestyle living his faith in Jesus, keeping up with his family and favorite football teams, and taking care of his pet cats. He was cared for by medical personnel and friends, the family is very grateful to. Son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and friend, forever in our hearts. I would like to personally invite you to attend the funeral service. Terry expressed his desire to have his body donated to medical science. This process took a year, his remains were cremated and a graveside funeral service has been scheduled in Odessa TX. The graveside service will be held on Wednesday February 9th, 2022, from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens 6801 E. Business 20 Odessa, TX 79762 (The service will include Military honors with the firing of rifles, earplugs may be necessary for some) Arrangements entrusted to Sunset Memorial Gardens. 432 362-2331
