About	Matthew Lenz Obituary LENZ, Matthew Henry, age 57 of Dayton, passed away suddenly Tuesday March 10, 2015. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Frederick & Charlotte, infant Brother Mark and Great Nephew infant Kevin Duff; He is survived by his sister Janet (John) Parker of Dayton; brother Frederick (Gwen) Lenz of Mesa, AZ; aunt, Virginia Countryman of Dayton; nephews Charles (Cindy) Parker, Mark (Anne) Parker & Eric Lenz; niece Kristen Duff & Emily Lenz; great nephews Andrew, Dean, Ryan; great nieces Rachael, Lauren, Katelyn, Julia & Kelly; Uncle and Aunt Henry and Bernice Lenz of Tucson Arizona; numerous cousins and other family members and special friends.
