About	Ruth was born in Norwich in 1925, daughter of Harry and Ada May Fair VanDorien. She married Willard Richard in 1944. They lived west of Emporia in 1945 and then moved in early 1946 to Aberdeen, Idaho where they lived until 1972, when they sold the farm and moved to American Falls, Idaho. Ruth was an LPN at a hospital in Pocatello, ID. She raised five children. Died in Loveland, CO where they were living with their daughter Bonnie. She suffered several small strokes which impaired her memory. Willard still survives and live in assisted living in Loveland. Information provided by daughter Bonnie McDermid, Loveland, CO.
