Northwood Educational Foundation
Dear Northwood Alumni,
I am currently in the process of trying to create the Northwood Educational Foundation. This foundation would raise money for funding priorities at the school. Northwood Homecoming Carnival Tailgate Event
October 23rd from 3-6 pm (rain or shine)
Come cheer NHS into a win!!! Event will feature face painting, food, games, and inflatables. Open to all members of the community. Community support by Wheaton MCPD and Wheaton Fire and Rescue.

Yearbooks
David White (Northwood H.S. 1970) has located in his attic the 1968, 1969, 1970 yearbooks from Northwood that are in pristine condition. If anyone is interested in them please contact him at dawhite@loyno.edu. He will gladly send them postage (cost) free to an address anywhere within the United States. The books bring back great memories and now it's time to let someone else enjoy them!.

NHS Class of 1973 is having a reunion Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 6:30pm - 11:00pm in SIlver Spring. (A relaxed picnic-type event is in the planning for Sunday, October 20, so keep that in mind for your travel plans!)

First graduation in 20 years
Northwood High School in Silver Spring, Maryland, will enter history at DAR Constitution Hall on June 2, 2008 @ 2:30 p.m.
Northwood High School will celebrate its first graduation in 20 years. This graduation will be a great success if the reopened Northwood High School Gladiators could connect with the original Northwood High School Indians by having a representative (one alumni) from each graduation Class from 1958 to 1985 to participate in the graduation ceremony.
If you are interested participating in this historical event, please e-mail me, Annie Amantea, your full name, address, contact phone number, and year of graduation by April 11, 2008. Participation of interested alumni will be granted on a first-response criteria (if two or more people respond for the same year).
