About	We wanted to let Betsy's classmates know that she passed quietly at a hospice near her home in greater Savannah after a short illness. Betsy graduated from Kent State and later received a Master of Library Science with Honors at UNC, Chapel Hill. She was well known for her watercolor paintings that were displayed in private corporate collections. Betsy was always lively and sweet and her sister and other family members miss her dearly. She was the daughter of Ruth and Chub Chandler. Ruth taught for many years at Canal Fulton Elementary School.
