Gary A. Hodge is being honored for his record of distinguished achievement, ecxellence and contrutions made to the entertainment industry, as well as contibutions made and achievements while in high school and college.
While a stufent at NTHS, Mr. Hodge participated in Varsity Track (earning Varsity Letter honors), WNTV, The Horizon Newspaper and Student Government.
As a youth in the Boy Scouts of America Gary earned the Eagle Scout Award and induction into The Order of The Arrow (Boy Scouting's National Honor Society).
During his collegiate career, he earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees, along with induction into Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and inclusion on the Dean's List several times for academic achievement.
Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the television, radio, print areas in various capacities.
For professional and career excellence and distinction, the Strathmore's Professional
Who's Who Award has also been bestowed upon him.
Citing these items and more, we therefore honor this proud Lumber City native son and 1980 graduate.
