About	Kenneth Torba YOUNGSTOWN - Kenneth Joseph Torba, 62, of Lake Road died Friday (July 24, 1992) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital. A native of Flint, Mich., he was the son of the late Philip and Alexandra (Chodowski) Torba. He moved to North Tonawanda as a child and to Youngstown in 1955. He was a veteran of 35 years with the U.S. Air Force. He saw active duty from 1950 to 1954. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve with the 914th Tactical Airlift Group from 1957 to 1990, as an electronic mechanic and retired with the rank of master sergeant. He was active in the American Association of Retired Persons and served as a volunteer in tax preparation. He was a member of Stephen Sikora Post No. 1322 American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise (Zilbut) Torba of Youngstown; two daughters, Michelle Torba and Melissa Torba, both of Youngstown; one brother, Edwin Torba of Youngstown; three sisters, Mary Ellsworth of California, Rose Czarnecki of Youngstown, and Theresa Hebung of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Cayuga and South Ninth streets, Lewiston. Members of Stephen Sikora Post No. 1322 American Legion will conduct a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Services also will be conducted at 9:15 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church, Hinman and Second streets, Youngstown. Msgr. Thomas]. Moran will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Rural Cemetery, Youngstown.
