Tom Modern (Madden) is a well know New York City personality who in recent years was a Fine Artist, Author, Philanthropist and Musician. He was once named 15,000th most famous person according to Famegame.com <http://www.famegame.com/people/Tom_Modern> and is currently a musician making a record with his current group ARCTA, which is slated to debut in Manhattan in the spring 2013.
