About H. Michael Morgan, age 64, of New Castle, passed away Saturday July 7, 2018 at St Vincent Heart Center of Indianapolis, after an extended illness. Mike was surrounded by his family as he started his new journey.

He was born March 2, 1954, in New Castle, a son of the late Hobert Morgan and Eva Marie Tuggle Morgan. He was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1972. He was a former employee of Dana Corporation and Modernfold. Mike had a love like no other for his family, but especially his grandchildren. You could always find him at one of their sporting events (sometimes multiple in one day), riding four wheelers or the Razor, or just hanging out with them. His love for his family was like no other and was an avid motorcyclist.

Left to cherish and honor his memory is his wife of 35 years Terry, daughter Mandy (Jeremy) Brown of New Castle, son Zach (Heather) Morgan of Berne, eleven grandchildren Trenton, Ashton, and Kaylyn Morgan of Berne, Chase, Chloe, and Cooper Vaughn of New Castle, Chandler, Corbin, and Clara Brown of New Castle and J'la Schuyler and J'lyn Castillo of Muncie and one great granddaughter Willow Brown of New Castle. Sisters Linda (Bill) Allen of New Castle, Tammy (Kent) Conaster of Willis, Texas, Sister in law Connie Ryan of New Castle and Brother in law Michael (Phyllis) Moore of New Castle, Uncle Ford (Olene) Morgan of Monticello, KY and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Loved ones who cleared the way for Mike include parents Hobert and Eva Morgan, sister Jean McDaniel, son in law Cory Vaughn, Father in law Charles Moore, and Mother in law Evelyn Moore.

Services will be Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 7:00pm at Macer Hall Funeral Home. Pastor Tommy Bell will be officiating. Friends may call from 4-7 PM Thursday prior to the service.
