About	Born March 5, 1952, found Eternal Peace on Friday, September 10, 2021, at age 69. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mae Pakenham. He is survived by his beloved daughters, Eryn (Jason) Veliquette and Caitlin (James) Sheldon and his six very uniquely, wonderful, special grandchildren; Braeden, Coulten and Kaelyn Veliquette and Lucas, Lillian, and Elliot Sheldon. He will be forever missed by his former wife, DeAnna Mullins, sister Peggy (Steve) Samson, and many close friends. After receiving his master’s in social work from UW-Milwaukee, Dave’s passion was working as a therapist in the mental health field. This gave him a great deal of satisfaction, feeling that he was helping others through their journey in life. Those who loved him will remember his own unique sense of humor, from shooting confetti cannons at his grandchildren’s birthday parties, Nerf gun wars and potato guns to an excessive use of duct tape to fix everything from his tennis shoes to his car muffler. He loved making ‘junk creations’ and proudly displaying them in his yard, much to his neighbors dismay.
