About	George Henry Conway, born June 29, 1938, passed away; Friday Feb. 9, 2018 at his residence at the age of 79. He was the oldest son of Vernon Lester Conway and Margaret Beitsinger Conway born in Moon Township and a lifelong resident of Moon Township. Preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gerald Rae Conway. Survived by his daughter, Gaylynn “Lynn” Conway(Scott) Steele, of Royal Palm Beach Florida, His brother Richard E and his wife Carol J Conway of Ostrander, Ohio, one grandson, Evan Warren of Royal Palm Beach Florida, an uncle; Henry Beitsinger and aunt; Nancy Beitsinger , niece; Amanda (Nicholas) Fischer of Oxford GA. Nephew; Jeff (Ashley) Conway of Center Hill FL. and numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins. George was the owner of Conway Brothers Contracting, fixing leaky faucets through the Coraopolis and Moon Township area. He was an army veteran, a life member of the Moon Township Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Coraopolis Masonic Lodge. He was also an active member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Moon Township. He loved hunting and fishing at the family cabin in Newmansville, Pa.. Friends will be received Wed. 1-4 & 6-8pm at the Copeland Moon Twp. Funeral Home 981 Brodhead Rd. Moon Twp. where a Service will be held Thurs, at 10 am. In lieu of flowers Donations to Moon Twp.
