About	Gretchen (Gunn) Holland, a kind and gentle woman with beautiful smile, of Coraopolis and Ligonier, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. She was 65. One of three, she was born in Somerset on December 6, 1950 to the late Robert C. and Sara M. (Bollerhey) Gunn. Beloved wife and best friend for 43 years of Charles “Chip” Holland; cherished and loving mother of Robert of Ligonier, Jeremy, Craig (Sara) all of Coraopolis and the late Charles “Chipper” Holland; sister of Gary Gunn of Ligonier and the late Genean R. Early; sister-in-law of George Holland and Heidi Hershberger; aunt of Kevin (Julia) Early ,Kayla (Michael) Torello and Kristie (Tim) Hines; great aunt of Colton and Michael. Gretchen was a majorette and 1968 graduate of Moon Area High School. She obtained her B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Edinboro University. She had worked for both Cornell School and St. Joseph School as a substitute teacher. Gretchen was a member of Rainbow Girls and O.E.S. She enjoyed Macramé and Bingo. Gretchen just loved being a “Mom” to her kids and their friends. Visitation Sunday 2-4, 6-8 with service at 7 PM at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867 Fifth Ave. Rev. Dr. Thomas Petrosky will officiate. Burial will be private at Coraopolis Cemetery.
