About	Janice H. Boggess, 67, of Independence Township, Beaver County, passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009, in Heritage Valley Beaver. She was predeceased by her husband, Ossie Boggess and her parents, John and Bernhardine Barthel Kurto and a brother, John Kurto. Janice is survived by two children, Christine Boggess and Maurice Boggess, both of Independence Township; sister of David (Beverly) Kurto of Granville, Ohio; Diane (Daniel) Fornadel, Economy Boro; sister-in-law, of Judy Kurto, Salisbury, Mass; her nieces and nephews, Ryan and Matthew Fornadel, David, Robert, John, Michael and Kathy Kurto. Janice loved to travel and play the slot machines. She also adored her kitty, Jesse, and was totally devoted to her family. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the COPELAND MOON TOWNSHIP FUNERAL HOME, 981 Brodhead Road, where a blessing service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment in Hopewell Hebron Cemetery will follow.
