About	Aileen Colorado passed away in May 2011 from complications of pneumonia and muscular dystrophy. She will always be remembered as a bright light that touched the lives of all that she met. Although her life was short, she left a large impact on our lives that will be forever remembered. In her memory, family and friends created the Colorado Fund for Muscular Dystrophy (CFMD) to help improve the lives of those living with muscular dystrophy. CFMD holds several fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for research for a cure, financial aid for individuals in need, and to sponsor a child to attend a special summer camp.
