About	I am sad to report that Janice Hesterberg (Cheatham) passed away at age 71 in 2011. Janice Attended Pomeroy High School and was in the graduating class of 1959. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Michael of Grand Forks ND, and her grown daughter Linda 36, of Minneapolis, Minnesota.. She spoke often of her school experiences, classmates, and her years in Pomeroy. She is sorely missed. She got to visit Pomeroy one last time before her death, in 2010, and see the high school and football field where she attended many games in her youth. Her favorite time was the senior production of "Show Boat", which she participated in. During that time she was employed at the Kroger store, and was involved in nurses schooling.
