Joshua Neal aka Llavo Viscious

Class of 1996

Joshua Neal, aka Llavo Viscious, was presented the prestigious " Editors Choice Award", for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry, on January 20 2004, for his Poem 1st Reich, Part 2 of 3. "It displays a unique perspective and original creativity-judged to be qualities found in exceptional poetry"! The poem is in \the International Library of Poetry .
Joshua passed away on January 6 2004, unaware of the many lives he touched with his poetry.
The Award Notification was received by his Mother, Adrian Henry. She opened and read his poem, with tears running down her face. "It was like he was reaching out to say that he was there watching over her and was at peace ."
