About	Ted passed away due to complications from pneoumonia in. Preceeded in death by his brothers Samual Cook and Ronald Cook Sr. Ted leaves behind his son and wife David and Terry Anderson, step-daughter and husband Tana and Brent Vaughn, his parents Grady Cook and Faye Nottingham, sisters and brother-inlaws Beneta and Al Steneroddern, Debby and Frank Gregorio and sister Vicki Cook, numereous grand children, nephews and nieces in both Arkansas and California.
