Elwyn E. Royce, an American farmer and politician, was born in Watertown, New York, on March 18, 1868. His early education took place at Union Academy in Belleville, New York, and Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Royce eventually moved to Marshfield, Wisconsin, where he became known for raising Holstein cattle on his rural farm.
