Barbara graduated high school in 1970 in the first graduating class of Mainland High School. Barbara enjoyed many hobbies and a career in health care where she strived to provide the best possible care to those who needed her most. Services for Barbara Garvin Cooper will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 28, 2012. A visitation will be held Friday, April 27th from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Barbara Garvin Cooper is survived by her caring husband, George C. Cooper; her loving children, Boderick L. Johnson, Kizmet N. Garvin, Andre' L. Rone, and Kydra Y. Rone; her grandchildren, Kwame', Landris, Kairii, Andrea, and Andre'; her Mother, Catherine (Moses); Brothers, Willie (Martha) (W. Palm Beach, FL), William, Major (Wanda), Wayne (CA), and Michael; Sisters, Geraldine, Carolyn (Willie), Linda, Alice (Elvin), Christine, Jennifer, Patricia Ann (Jacksonville, FL) and Heiress (IN); and aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and dear friends (all of Miami, FL). Arrangements are under the care and trust of Pinello Funeral Home, Daytona Beach, FL. Her life will be celebrated Saturday, April 28th at 11:00 A.M. at Tubman-King Community Church, 1090 George W. Engram Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL.
