About	Publish date: 2/2/2011 Mark â€œScottâ€ SIMPSON died Jan. 30, 2011. He was born June 10, 1952. He was born and raised in Loveland, where he graduated from Loveland High School in 1970. He was married to Judy Schaap from 1971 to 1999, during which time they lived in Sidney, Neb., and had a son and daughter and returned to Colorado in the early 1980s. Scott loved music, playing his guitar and singing. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and taking long drives in the mountains. Each drive was taken via the â€œscenic route,â€ when in reality they were lost, but they always found their way back home. Scott is survived by his son, Zach Simpson; his daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Jason Perkins; his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Dave Adams; his brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Velma Simpson; five nephews; six nieces; and two grandsons. Cremation by Kibbey Fishburn Funeral Home, followed by a private family service.
