About	Charles Bryan Snow, 39, of Loudon, passed away Saturday morning, Dec. 18, 2004. A 1983 graduate of Loudon High School, Bryan joined the Army and served as a military policeman. Later he served the community as a Loudon County Sheriff's Deputy and a Lenoir City Police Officer. During his tenure with Lenoir City, Bryan received a commendation from the FBI for his role in defusing a difficult hostage situation, saving lives. An avid gun collector, Bryan spent time working at a gun shop in Knoxville where as an instructor, he taught many gun safety courses. He was a member of FOP Lodge 21. He dearly enjoyed the outdoors, hiking and camping and many will remember his sense of humor. Most recently, Bryan could be found at home, caring for his terminally ill father-in-law, Bill Henderson, who passed away Dec. 13. Charles Snow was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Jackson Snow "Jack" and Della Estelle Walker "Billye". He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Pam Henderson Snow; sisters and brother in-law, Suzie Miller, Lois Snow and Robert Harrison; nephews, Dustin and Jacob Miller, and Walker Snow Harrison, all of Loudon. Funeral services were held 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20, at McGill-Karnes Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Jackson and Rev. Tom Rayford officiating. Interment was 2 p.m. Tuesday in Reed Springs Cemetery, with honors provided by the Loudon Police Color Guard. Serving as pallbearers were Harrison Presley, Jim Tucker, Bobby Hamilton, Sonny Grubb, Randy Bryant, Tim Bacon, David Fickey, Mike Cartwright, Dustin Miller, Jacob Miller and Walker Harrison. Honorary pallbearers were Ryan and Ben Tucker and Colton and Cody Presley. To honor Bryan's love of history, memorial contributions may be made to the Billye Snow Memorial Genealogy Fund, c/o First National Bank, 817 Mulberry St., Loudon, TN 37774, to support the Genealogy Room of the Loudon Public Library. The family received friends 5 - 8 p.m. Monday prior to the service at McGill-Karnes Funeral Home, Loudon.
