Hello to fellow LHS Alumni! The LHS Class of '64 is very proud to present the 2014 version of the annual Lordstown Alumni Banquet, and you are invited. The banquet will be held on May 14th of 2014 at Roby Lee's in Newton Falls.
Steve Fazzini, an outstanding vocalist/entertainer, will perform. He will also be playing some "oldies" for your listening entertainment. Check out his talent at Stevefazzini.com. If you do not usually get an invitation, please send an email address (preferred) or mailing address to rontonclay@gmail.com or Ron Clay, 2001 West 36th St., Lorain, OH. Phone: 440-282-2286. We will be certain that you get an invitation.
To help with fundraising to help defray the cost of the banquet, we are sponsoring a raffle with only 250 tickets to be sold.
Raffle winners will be drawn the night of the banquet, and there will be cash prizes with a top prize of $700. Winners need not be in attendance, but we sure do hope that you can be there! We need you!! If you are unable to attend and you are a prize winner, a check will be mailed to you. Help the LHS Class of '64 make this a memorable gathering for you and for us. Call/contact classmates and other LHS alumni whom you know and advise them of the big event. Plan to gather your class every year at this annual affair so that you can all stay in touch. You can help start a tradition that can help keep your class together.
If you are willing to help us defray the cost of this banquet and would like to buy one or more tickets, please send your request to Don Koches, 1971 Chester Ave., Warren, OH 44481. Make checks payable to the Lorain Alumni Association. The LAA is registered with the IRS as a tax-exempt organization.
It will be an immense thrill for us to get to meet new LHS folks and reconnect with others. Please try to join us on the 14th of May. And please consider helping us by purchasing one or more raffle tickets.
That kind gesture will help immensely in making this all a very memorable night.

Plans are continuing for the banquet, and it's looking pretty darn good. Entertainment by local talent Steve Fazzini (stevefazzini.com). In addition to his live performance, Steve will have a library of recorded oldies for our listening pleasure.Home-made cakes for dessert prepared by Barb (Orr) McCombs and Marge Koches.
