About Me | Ray inspires hope and awakens greatness in people and organizations. I own and operate a personal and organizational development company that accelerates achievement through the process of transformational group facilitation -- group facilitations designed to awaken the innate greatness in people so that they achieve their highest potential while helping organizations reach T.O.P. Success: Team Success - Re-energize team leaders; Strengthen communication and working relationships; Boost productivity and morale; Organizational Success - Lift organizations to their next level of success; Create a strategic plan that inspires a culture of hope and optimism; Raise the bar for leadership excellence; Personal Success - Improve morale, attitude and self-esteem; Sharpen professional and personal success skills; Provide greater personal focus on what is important. Weaving together proven contemporary wisdom, our master facilitators bring out the best in leaders and teams in a remarkably short period of time. Our engaging, enjoyable custom-designed services help organizations reach their next level of Team, Organizational & Personal success. I have over 20 years’ speaking and business experience producing lasting, positive results using proven universal principles that bridge the head and heart and ignite the spirit of individuals, organizations and communities. Through my speaking, workshops, and retreats, I have inspired tens of thousands of people to lead happier, more fulfilling personal and professional lives. Also, I spent 10 years as a civil engineering project manager leading teams to create multi-million dollar planning, design and construction projects. In 2002, at 45 years old, I pedaled my vintage bicycle - while my wife, Lyn, accompanied me in the support vehicle - 3,369 miles in 70 days, from Phoenix, Arizona, to Ground Zero, New York City, to honor the heroes of 9-11 and share a powerful message of hope and healing with thousands of people across America. My award-winning book, Ray of Hope for Peace, chronicles our amazing adventure and reveals brilliant insights for thriving even in the midst of chaos. Our Cycling for Peace journey caused my wife, Lyn, and I to realize just how few possessions we need to be happy. We downsized, decreased our carbon footprint and are presently full-time RVing with our 17-year- old cat, Ozzie. We are operating our businesses while enjoying the beauty and diversity of North America. We are not retired, we are refreshed! I have two boys, Dominic and Joe,...(read more) |
