About	My brother, Phil, passed this past January after living a very adventurous life. Phil’s long career included working in the NSA, FBI, and DEA. Phil traveled all over the world, and retired in Thailand and later moved to North Carolina. Phil had 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
