Dale Marie (Myer) Worstall, 67, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 3, 2023. She was born to the late Frank Preston and Ruth Agnes (Belt) Myer on January 10, 1956 in Newark, Ohio.

Dale was a member of Cornerstone Full Gospel Church. She had an unshakable faith and encouraged others to follow the Lord. She worked at Genesis Hospital as a registered nurse until her retirement in 2008. She loved gardening and had her own greenhouse, God’s Gifts Greenhouse. She liked to study and teach medicinal uses of herbs and plants. Dale also enjoyed reading, and loved music and dancing at school dances. She volunteered and was very involved and vocal in school sports. She loved the beach and collected shells. She also enjoyed cooking, food, and trying new things, and enjoyed feeding everyone around her. Dale exhibited unconditional love and provided spiritual guidance to all of her children’s friends and will be greatly missed.

Dale is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Craig Worstall, whom she married on June 24, 1978; her children Charlotte (Andrew) Colley, Bradley Worstall, Ryan (Emily) Worstall, and Joshua (Shay) Worstall; her grandchildren Opheilia, Ethan, Jeremiah, Vivian, Macy, Kinsley, and unborn grandson Ben; her sisters Patricia (Bill) Syndram, and Marilyn (Don) Rashley; special friend Chris Ross; her cockatoo Ruthie and her beloved dog Chevy.

In addition to her parents, Dale was preceded in death by her step-son Curtis Shepherd.
Visitations will be held at Cornerstone Full Gospel Church, 4509 Salt Creek Dr, Duncan Falls, OH 43734 on Friday, December 8 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, with a funeral service following at 5:00 pm with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. A caring cremation will take place, and she will be laid to rest in Chandlersville Cemetery at a later date.
