About	Suddenly, inexplicable, Jackson Kritlow passed away in his sleep on August 25, 2019. In twenty-eight short years, he left an indelible impression on his family, girlfriend, and friends. At the tender age of two, he moved from Indiana to Michigan where he attended school, became a man and a father. A few short years ago, a very courageous Jackson followed his dream to move away from the cold, snowy North and drove to Austin, Texas without knowing anyone there. He established himself as an internet marketing specialist, and developed many warm, loving, supportive relationships with freaks, geeks, artists, tatooists, bartenders, techno musicians, engineers, venue managers, office workers and laborers. It didn’t matter who you were, where you lived, what you liked or how you identified yourself, Jackson would extend an open heart to you, lift you up, make you laugh with wry humor, and welcome you into his life with a smile. As a conflict avoider, Jackson would settle disputes for people. As a fun seeker, he planned trips to swimming holes, amusement parks, concerts and dance parties. As a peace lover, he empathized with those who struggled with illness, ridicule and unfortunate circumstances. Many people will miss Jackson and remember him warmly, including his girlfriend, his son, his mom and his Bob, his grandparents, his aunts, his uncles, his cousins, and his many friends who were like family across the U.S. If you would like to remember Jackson in anyway, please send a contribution to RAICES, or your favorite animal rescue (Jackson never met a dog who didn’t like (and lick) him).
