About Barbara D. Seltmann
Barbara D. Seltmann, 69, Gladstone, Missouri, formerly of Hays, died Sunday, March 22, 2020, at Liberty Health and Wellness Skilled Nursing in Liberty, Missouri.

She was born May 2, 1950, in LaCrosse, Kansas, the daughter of Orlando and Vera (Kopsky) Peach. On August 7, 1970, she was united in marriage to Douglas L. Seltmann in LaCrosse, and they were married 42 years before he preceded her in death on February 4, 2013. She lived in Kansas for 55 years. In 2005, she moved to Liberty, Missouri, living there for five years. In 2010, she moved back to Kansas, and in 2016 she moved back to Missouri, the state she loved.

Survivors include her soulmate; Lee Lewis of Gladstone, MO, her father; Orlando Peach of LaCrosse, a daughter; Deana Rohn and husband Edgar of Cancun, Mexico, three sons; Richard “Ricky” Seltmann and girlfriend Melissa of Hays, Ronnie Seltmann and wife Mary of Liberty, MO, and Ryan Seltmann and wife Melissa of Hays, two brothers; John Peach and wife Connie of Springfield, MO and Frank Peach and wife Kim of LaCrosse, four sisters; Kathryn LaVerne Herrman and husband Kenny of Liebenthal, Rhonda Holloway of LaCrosse, Jeri Diehl and husband Ronnie of Jetmore and Mary Kay Schuckman and husband Irvin of Jetmore, four grandchildren; Megan, Morgan, Tyler, and Mallory, four great grandchildren; Miriya, Josh, Cadyn, and Kash, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Vera, husband; Doug, a granddaughter; Merlynna, an infant brother; Richard, two infant sisters; Donna and Patricia, and a brother-in-law; Topper Holloway.

Graveside services were held at Mount Allen Cemetery, Hays. Memorials are suggested to the Seltmann family made payable to Ronald Seltmann, in care of Hays Memorial Chapel, 1906 Pine Street, Hays. Condolences and memories of Barbara may be shared with the family at www.haysmemorial.com
