About	Dean C. Dyer, age 33, died unexpectedly on Monday, April 26, 1993, at his residence in DeForest. He was born on May 25, 1959, in Boscobel to Byron and Joyce (Lucas) Dyer. Dean worked as a main line salesman for FABCO Caterpillar Madison office. He previously worked in sales with Power Brake out of Black River Falls. Dean was a 1977 graduate of LaFollette High School, and a 1979 graduate of MATC in Diesel Mechanics. He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed snowmobiling and camping. Survivors include his parents, Byron and Joyce Dyer of Madison; a brother, Mark (Heidi) of Sturgeon Bay; a sister, Maria (Paul) Helstrom of Antloch, Illinois; two nieces, Gretchen Dyer and Kirstin Helstrom; a nephew, Niels Helstrom; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dean was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clarence and Mabel Lucas; and paternal grandparents, Ray and Cora Dyer. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 1993, with Reverend Donald Cottom officiating.
