Favorite School Memory	I loved ballgames. That's where I met my future husband, Scott.
About Me	I attended Alice Lloyd College and received a Bachelor's Degree in Education and then attended Morehead State University where I received a Master's Degree. I have taught at The June Buchanan School for 17 years, the last 14 of those in first grade. I absolutely LOVE teaching and I enjoy making learning fun for my students. I am also the SACS liaison for JBS. In my 17 years there, I have coached high school speech, K-3 dance/cheer teams, assisted with the softball team, been Spelling Bee coordinator, and coordinated the after school program (at different times throughtout the years). My greatest joys in life are serving God and spending time with my family. I am a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Hazard, Kentucky. I married my high school sweetheart, Scott, and we have two daughters. Scott and I have enjoyed watching our daughters grow to become wonderful young ladies.
