Edward "Skip" Swain

Class of 1966

A book has been written about Skip Swain's experiences being drafted and sent to serve in Vietnam in 1968. The title of the book Is: "DRAFTED and SERVED: Edward 'Skip' Swain - One Citizen Soldier's Experiences In Vietnam." It is available on Amazon.com as a Kindle E-book (http://www.amazon.com/DRAFTED-SERVED-Citizen-Soldiers-Experiences-ebook/dp/B00E1OJ6BA/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1398468205&sr=1-1&keywords=drafted+and+served) and in print from the Erie County Public Library, the Kenmore West High School Library, and several other college and high school libraries in Western New York. The book is dedicated to those who were called and did what was asked of them - especially for those who did not come home.
